The Development and Quality Unit, represented by the Scientific Development and Excellence Unit, presented a training course entitled 'Telephone Skills: Using the Phone to Help in Job Search' presented by Mrs. Anamika Sharma, English Language Department in the Development and Skills Unit in the English Language Department on 09/07 1444. The presentation was attended by different levels of students. The presentation was also attended by Dr. Arena Ali Mohamed Ali, Coordinator of the English Department. The workshop began with an overview of the telephone conversation and its importance in the job search process.

• Use your telephone skills for three different ways to search for a job over the phone.
