قدمت وحدة الإرشاد الأكاديمي بكلية الآداب والعلوم بتقديم محاضرة بعنوان اللوائح التنفذية فيما يخص التحويل الداخلي والخارجي والطالب الزائر والمكأفاة الطلابية وذلك يوم الثلاثاء الموافق ل 10/06/1444 هجري تقديم أ.د صباح فتحي عبد الرحمن الأستاذ المشارك بقسم الدراسات الإسلامية ومنسق وحدة الارشاد الأكاديمي بالقسم حيث وضحت فيها لوائح الجامعة فيما يخص تحويل الطلاب خارج جامعة سطام وشرحت ضوابط وشروط التحويل الداخلي والخارجي كما قامت بالتعريف بالطالب الزائر ولوائح الجامعة لطلب الدراسة زائرا وشرحت ضوابط الزيارة لطالب من خارج الجامعة وضوابط الدراسة زائرا داخل فروع الجامعة كما وضحت شروط صرف المكافأة الطلابية ومتى يحرم منها الطالبة .
