The Alumni Unit, represented in the field of professional skills development at the College of Arts and Sciences in Wadi Al-Dawasir, organized a workshop entitled: 'Professional behavior and its impact on the individual and society' held by Dr. Rasha Al-Makki on Wednesday, 20/10/1444 AH. Behaviors at work, and several definitions have emerged, including: It is a set of values and ethical rules that control the behaviors of groups and individuals. • The application of work behaviors depends on the use of a set of elements • Raising awareness of the application of work values are professional controls, ethics, teachings, and principles that contribute to determining the behavior of employees, and help to establish the right path that encourages each employee to apply his job performance, and his role in the productive work environment to which he belongs.The workshop also discussed the human capacity development program in accordance with Vision 2030, as the program seeks to have capabilities that enable citizens to compete globally, by promoting values, developing basic and future skills, and developing knowledge. The program focuses on developing a solid educational foundation for all that contributes to instilling values from an early age, preparing young people for the local and global future labor market, enhancing their work culture, developing the skills of citizens by providing lifelong learning opportunities, and supporting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, based on developing and activating policies and enablers to enhance the Kingdom's leadership.
