he Development and Quality Unit, represented by the Community Service Unit at the College of Arts and Sciences in cooperation with the Department of Physics and the Department of Mathematics, presented a workshop entitled "The importance of programming and mathematics in our lives" on Thursday 2/04/1444 AH corresponding to 27/01/2022 AD at Al-Nuweima High School in the presence of a number of students of the school and also some teachers and one of its most important objectives was: -
-Recognize the importance of programming.
-Knowledge of different programming languages.
-A simple look at one of the programming languages, MATLAB.
-The importance of mathematics.
-Fields of mathematics.
-The relationship of mathematics to the subjects.
-The benefit of inventing zero.
-Identify the most important mathematicians.
