Workshop entitled: 'The impact of electronic illiteracy on the individual and society'

The Development and Quality Unit, represented by the Community Service Unit at the College of Arts and Sciences in Wadi Al-Dawasir - Female Section - in cooperation with the Department of Arabic Language and Literature, organized a workshop entitled:

'The impact of electronic illiteracy on the individual and society' on 13/10/1444 AH at exactly eleven o'clock in the morning presented by Dr. Eshraqa Al-Haj Abdul Hafeez, Assistant Professor in the Department of Arabic Language The workshop aims to define electronic illiteracy and the absence of basic knowledge and skills to deal with modern machines, devices and inventions, especially the computer. The inability of people and societies to keep pace with the scientific, technological and intellectual data of the age and interact to understand the new variables and employ them to serve the process of societal development in various fields. Then find out the causes of digital illiteracy and its impact on academic achievement on students, and develop solutions to eliminate technological illiteracy.
