The Scientific Research Unit, Department of Mathematics, College of Arts and Sciences presented a workshop entitled “Scientific Writing Skills for Mathematical Equations Using Microsoft Word” on Thursday, 21/08/1443 AH. Among its most important objectives were:
▪ An overview of the programs used in writing mathematical equations.
▪ The most important characteristic of each program.
▪ Getting to know the interface accompanying the inclusion of a mathematical equation in Microsoft Word.
▪ Steps for writing mathematical equations in Microsoft Word.
▪ Practicing some practical examples.
