دورة بعنوان النشاط المضاد للسرطان لمركبات الكومارين

أقامت وحدة التطوير و الجودة ( وحدة البحث العلمى )  بقسم الكيمياء بكلية الآداب والعلوم بوادي الدواسر دورة بعنوان النشاط المضاد للسرطان لمركبات الكومارين ، وذلك يوم الاثنين    الموافق  1/ 4/1445هو، وقدمت الدورة الدكتورة أسماء فتحى عبد العزيز  الأستاذ المساعد بقسم الكيمياء ، وبدأت الدورة في تمام الساعة الحادية عشر صباحا بمبنى الكلية شطر الطالبات قاعة       B6 ،  ودارت محاور الدورة  عن شرح بحث علمى منشور فى مجلة علمية دولية بأسم  (تصميم وتشييد و النمذجة الجزيئية لمشتقات 4-فينيل كومارين جديدة كمثبطات لبلمرة بروتين التيوبيولين مستهدفة خلايا الثدي السرطانية MCF-7).وتم توضتج كلا من:   

  • التعرف على اهمية وشكل مركبات الكومارين
  • طرق تحضير مركبات جديده من مشتقات الكومارين
  • دراسة هذة المركبات الجديده كمضاد للسرطان على خلايا الثدي السرطانية MCF-7
  • تعين IC50   للمركبات  المستهدفة كمثبطات لنشاط خلايا الثدي السرطانية  MCF-7مقارنه بعقار دكسيوروبيسن
  • دراسة تأثير هذد المركبات على الخلايا الغير سرطانية BJ-1 و تحديد المركبات التى   لها سمية   منخفضة على الخلايا الغير سرطانية BJ-1
  • تقييم النشاط المثبط لبلمرة بروتين التيوبيولين لثلاثة من المركبات الفعالة ضد خلايا الثدي السرطانية والتي بينت أيضا سمية منخفضة على الخلايا الغير سرطانية BJ-1حيث وجد للمركبات الثلاثة والمحتوية على مجموعة الثيازوليدينون نشاطا تثبيطيا فعالا مقارنة بعقار الكولشيسين .
