The Development and Quality Unit, represented by the Community Service Unit at the College of Arts and Sciences, in cooperation with the Department of Islamic Studies and Applied Sciences, presented a workshop entitled Organ Transplantation between Sharia and Medicine on Tuesday 19/10/1444 AH, and its most important objectives were:
-Ruling on organ transplantation in Islamic law.
-Cases in which organ transplantation is permissible and cases in which it is forbidden.
-Organ transplantation from a medical point of view
-Cases in which organ transplantation is medically prohibited.
-The course was presented by: Dr. Zainab Ahmed Al-Saeed, Assistant Professor at the Department of Islamic Studies. and Dr. Magda Gemayel, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medical and Applied Sciences
