Training entitled 'Emotional Intelligence is Better Than Mental Intelligence'

The Development and Quality Unit represented by the Development and Excellence Unit in cooperation with the English Department presented a training course entitled 'Emotional Intelligence is Better Than Mental Intelligence' on Sunday 26/9/2022 at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences in Wadi Al Dawasir.The presentation focused on the importance of emotional intelligence in the relationship as well as in the workplace. She also described the signs of emotionally intelligent people and why they are better than IQ. The presentation then moved forward to explain the components of emotional intelligence. This offer has certainly led to increased student awareness in the fast-growing field of social and emotional learning programs.
