The College of Arts and Sciences in Wadi Al-Dawasir held a workshop entitled "Stress Management"

The Community Service Unit at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, College of Arts and Sciences in Wadi Al Dawasir, in cooperation with the Computer Department, presented a workshop entitled “Stress Management” on 08/26/1443 AH at ten o’clock at the Al-Quwaiz Intermediate School. The workshop discussed the causes of stress and how to reduce it and the ways that help reduce it.
