IT Deanship launches the new Technical Support System

In order to deliver remarkable e-services, Deanship of IT and Distance Learning has enhanced the mechanism of opening tickets through the new technical support system "IT Services Management". The new system is complying with ISO-20000 standards that focus on IT services management. It will be launched on Wednesday 15/3/2017 on the following link : Ithelp.psau.edu.sa
