Under the directives and follow-up of the Dean of Faculty of Arts and Science in Wadi Addawasir Dr. Safar Bakhit Almudara' and to promote a culture of Quality in academic programs, Development and Quality Agency today, 18-1-1438 held a Seminar entitled "key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Benchmarking" at theater of College where Mr.Suleimann Alzu'bi, Vice- Dean for Development and Quality introduced the topic.
Mr.Alzu'bi addressed the Benchmarking and identify its kinds and perceiving touchstones of selecting a partner .Moreover, he showed the relationship between Performance Indicators and Benchmarking, gave an explanation about what Key Performance Indicators and focused on their uses in Quality documents. For instance, he focused on Self -Study Program (SSRP), Course and Program Specification and Strategic Plan. He provides practical examples of how to apply the key performance indicators at the level of programs of the College.
Alzu'bi also introduces an interpretation of the seminar to English for faculty colleagues from non-Arab to convey the ideas of the seminar and answer their questions about the Key Performance Indicators for the current Academic Programs. The meeting was attended by a group of Faculty members and Quality Coordinators at college.
