Under the patronage of his Excellency Prof. Abdul-Aziz Bib Abdullah Al-Hamid, the rector of the university, the Vice-Rectory of the branches of the university celebrated the graduation of the seventh batch of the students of the university in Wadi Adwaser and Sylayel last night on Sunday, 15/8/1438 at Prince Nasir Bin Abdul-Aziz Sports City. The celebration started with a parade of the graduates followed by a recitation of Quran, the speech of the Vice-Rector Dr. Abdullah Alsaqr, in which he expressed that the clouds of blessings are looming over the celebration. He stated that the graduates should aspire to achieve more progress to the Saudi nation. He also expressed his warm congratulations to both the graduates and their parents. At the end of his speech, Alsaqr expressed his deep and sincere prayer for the stakeholders of the Saudi nation wishing all the best of progress, development, security, stability, flourishment and prosperity.
Followed by this was a film entitled “Our Production for the Nation” which included models of the graduates throughout the past years and that their task will continue to serve their country as well as their own selves. After that, the graduate Mushabab Mohamed Al-Habasheen a word on behalf of his fellow graduates. In his word, Al-Habasheen expressed the warm thanks to their teachers and professors as well as to their parents promising that they all would endeavor to contribute to the construction of the country wishing to aspire to the best in the future.
Then, the rector delivered a speech in which he was addressed the graduates to plan well for their practical future life telling them that whatever knowledge and skills they have acquired and experiences they have gained will be very helpful in supporting and serving their country. At the end of the celebration, his Excellency the rector accompanied by the Vice-Rector honored 40 outstanding students who got high grades throughout the four years of study. Together with the vice rector, Dr. Al-Hamed opened the exhibition “Ä Chance” for enlightenment and employment and went for a round in the different sections of the same.
